At Elafiya, every product begins with a question. Before introducing our first wellness product, we wanted to better understand how consumers think about salt, ingredient sourcing, food transparency, and wellness claims. To find out, we commissioned America's Salt Confusion Report, a national survey of 361 U.S. adults. That belief led us to Celtic sea salt.
